Our busy home schedule starts at Pruntrutermatte this Saturday, 6 September 2025 with a 1st XV home game against Luzern. The guests may be new to our league as in they only got promoted at the end of last season. But we are surely looking forward to a great challenge against a side that we last met in November 2018. Back then, Basel celebrated a big win, but only a few months before, it was a lot closer. Come down to watch the 1st XV, enjoy some cold drinks and also catch up with the action at the Women's World Cup in England.

On Sunday, we will host a juniors' tournament in the U8, U10 and U12 categories, while the Birds will travel to Lausanne to play against the newly crowned Swiss champions Albaladejo.

Apart from the rugby on the pitch, we will have some matches from the Women's World Cup on screen, on Saturday as well as on Sunday. Whether you want to watch tournament favourites England, Canada, France or New Zealand in action or see some of the other teams, we have got you covered!

Unsere 1st XV der Männer startet diesen Samstag mit einem Heimspiel gegen Luzern in die neue Saison. Die Gäste sind zwar neu in die NLB aufgestiegen. Doch wir sind überzeugt, dass sie uns bis aufs Letzte fordern werden. Letztmals trafen sich die beiden Teams im November 2018 auf der Pruntrutermatte. Damals resultierte ein deutlicher Sieg für Basel, doch nur schon das Spiel zuvor ging deutlich knapper aus. Komm auf die Pruntrutermatte, unterstütze die 1st XV mit einem kalten Bier in der Hand - und schau dir an, was bei der WM der Frauen in England läuft.

Am Sonntag findet auf unserem Platz ein Junioren-Turnier in den Kategorien U8, U10 und U12 statt. Derweil spielen die Birds auswärts in Lausanne gegen die frisch gekrönten Schweizer Meisterinnen von Albaladejo.

Abseits des Platzes werden Spiele von der WM der Frauen in England zu sehen sein, am Samstag ebenso wie am Sonntag. Ob die Turnierfavoriten England, Kanada, Frankreich oder Neuseeland oder ganz andere Teams - bei uns kannst du sie alle in Aktion sehen!
