Basel finish the regular season on unnecessarily nervy note

Basel looked strong in the opening minutes, dominating the scrums and running at the opposition line with plenty of energy. But with just a couple of knock-ons and missed opportunities team composure and any chance of a quality end product dropped .

Credit to St. Gallen who managed the tricky weather conditions better and held on til the last 10 minutes to score the first try and claim a deserved win.

Bad day at the office for Basel, let's hope it serves as a wake up call for the final in June.
