Birds end year top of the NLFB

Am vergangenen Samstag trug die NLFB die letzten Spiele der Saison 2017 in Unterägeri aus. Die Birds gewannen das erste Spiel gegen die Swizzers mit 27:0 und mussten gegen Alba eine Niederlage einstecken. Nach hartem Kampf entschied ein Try das Spiel zu 33:24 für Alba. Trotzdem ist das Turnier ein Erfolg- die Birds gehen mit 4 Punkten Vorsprung als Sieger der Saison vom Spielfeld!

Dieses Resultat wird im Paddy's gebührend gefeiert und gleichzeitig die Winterpause eingeläutet. Wir freuen uns auf die nächste Saison!

This past Saturday the last matches of the NLFB in 2017 took place in Unterägeri. The Birds won their first game 27:0 against the swizzers and had to take a loss against Alba. After a hard fight, the match ended with the score of 33:24 for Alba. None the less, the tournament was a success: the Birds won this seasons NLFB 4 points ahead!

This was celebrated properly at Paddy's and at the same time winter break started.

We are looking forward to the next season!
