Some of our U10 & U12 players had the opportunity to participate in a Swiss Barbarians team who travelled to a tournament in Amsterdam, where they had an amazing experience.
Below some words from one of the traveling parents (thank-you so much, Omar!) and here is a report from the Zurich Rugby Academy.
Our youngest players have another chance to participate in an international tournament, with an NSRV team going to a tri-nations tournament in Mulhouse in May.

Words from Omar: What a trip and experience for all of us!
It was a fanatic trip with good sightseeing, and a lot of Rugby experience. Saturday we had the training clinic organised by some contacts of the father of a Zurich player. Together with two other clubs we had training and then two games. Even the second team were monsters compared to ours they didn’t had a chance against our speedy guys.?
We won both games as a warm up. Following to that, we where having lunch together and had a great time at their facilities.
At Easter we played our tournament. What we saw the day before was good promising, and it has been confirmed. Our boys became harder and harder. I think it was a certain kind of dynamic we could realize. They where not only good in realizing tries but also in defense. All of them were tackling really hard. The logic consequence was that we won all matches. They also organized a small finale between the two winners of the group but also they didn’t had a chance against the Swiss Baba’s!
